I’m so stoked! My laptop that has been out of commission due
to a downloaded virus is up and running better than ever! Thanks to my awesome
Uncle Chuck Mace with Chuck’s Computer’s of Eastland Texas! My husband felt the
need to download a song and downloaded a virus instead, and it completely locked
up our laptop. I put the laptop away so we
can go take it to get maintenance fixed and then forgot about it. Two months
later, I posted on my Facebook how I would love to get back into my blogging,
but typing on the iPad was for the birds! My hands are sill cramping up thinking about
it. My Uncle messaged me and asked if the computer can get up and running on
the internet. The thought never occurred to try. Needless to say I was able to
pull it up and log on. He then directed me to a networking sight and bam! He was
able to take over and see the problem and start the many hours of clean up. I
have to admit it was totally awesome sitting back watching the screen move from
one screen to another aimlessly and to me in another foreign language. Like watching British TV ha! I just didn't get
it. I do know that what he was doing was attacking the problem head on and
finding the root cause. “Your computer is like a car, it needs to be maintenance
upgraded and cleaned”-Chuck Mace. Wow! Duh! Why did I not ever think of that!
Lesson learned! Check for your computer to be upgraded 2-3 times a month. Clean
up as scheduled and don’t download crap you’re not going to use. I forgot to
mention I am in Wichita Falls, TX and he is in Eastland, TX, I didn't have to
take him my laptop or him come here. The clean up, maintaining, and upgrading
was all done by the internet. Awesome technology! Please, if you’re looking for
