Transformation Update

Okay okay okay I am sure everyone here is dying to find out how my transformation is going. I started my journey with a 5 day program called Reset that consist of 3 low-glycemic meal replacement shakes along with two bars and two packages of supplements a day. You also want to add a serving of low glycemic veggies and one serving of low glycemic fruit. Based on the average results you can lose 5 lbs within 5 days This program is the most nutritional weight-management system on the market you also can use this program for detoxing.

My starting weight was 104 lbs. Now I did the full Reset and yes I did loose some weight, as expected right? I lost two maybe three pounds my husband lost 7 lbs the Reset program is different for every person I didn't have much to loose that's obvious and not my goal. My goal for participating in the Reset was to detox my body shed the nasty holiday food and knock my sugar craving. My next move is to packing on the pounds of healthy lean muscle.
I will be honest I haven't done a whole lot of heavy working out. I have be really concentrating on toning up before bulking up. You have to start some where right? I sometimes partner with the hubbs and do some conditioning with him and sometimes I just put the music on in the house and do work outs with my toddler. Playing the " I'm gonna get you game" with throwing in lunges up and down the house. Brayden loves to get involved so I try and do as much as possible with him. I even bend over and pick him up over and over (building that upper body strength) ;-) It is also going to sound weird to you but my craving for sugar is gone! I want and crave veggies and fruits like you wouldn't believe! The brighter the color the more my saliva gland gets all hot and bothered! ha ha! I am loving it!

Last but not least I had another awesome discovery I had during the Reset week was that my face completely cleared up! I consider myself to be the queen of cover-up! Before I had my son I got off of the birth control and my acne took a turn for the worse. All threw my pregnancy and after I had major break outs that would cause me to constantly pick or mess with my face. So I am staying strong with not messing with my face and keeping up with my facial routine.
