Orange, Red, Yellow, and Fall season!!

I have so many things that run threw my head on what I want to talk about, yet not one strikes me more than the other.
I’ll just talk about how excited I am for it to be fall soon! Fall is by far my favorite season, the smell of leaves in the air with the crisp wind rushing thru the house, sound of football on the big screen, and seasonal food cooking on the stove.

Yes! I love fall, but that’s not the only thing! We have Halloween to celebrate! All the creepy, spooky and scary things balled up into one night that I tend to try and celebrate all month of October. For me it all starts the month of September. With the kick off Cowboys Football!!Then the Texas/Oklahoma State Fair, as Brayden reaches an older age I want to experience everything with him, his first turkey leg, riding on the rides at the fair, seeing the look on his face from the circus animals at the Maskat Shrine Circus. Oh man! What fun we have in store for us this next month! Moving forward to October I get to decorate and make the house look super spooky, carve pumpkins, make caramel apples and watch scary movies!

I started making Paper Mache pumpkins last year, I got the how to from this web-site I stumbled across searching for Paper mache pumpkins http://www.stolloween.com/. This man has created some amazing stuff! With having a toddler and making paper mache was quite difficult. I didn’t get them finished in time to display for Halloween last year. I left the fun part for this year all they need done is color on them and they will be ready! I can’t wait to see how they will turn out.

To end the fall season there is Thanksgiving, a great time of year with family fellowship and reflection of thankfulness. The end of the year is such a great time. I have so many memories of times with my family visiting other family members and having a blast celebrating the holiday season. I can’t wait to bring on new memories with my new family!
